Problems Faced

Invoices pile up beyond 30, 60, 90 days. Without automated mandates, recovery depends on phone calls and persistence.

When a customer cheque bounces or a debit fails, there is no clean paper trail — and no automated follow-up.

General payment tools don't handle partial payments, invoice-linked mandates, or line-item reconciliation — all standard in trade credit.

Trade runs early mornings and late nights. When something breaks after office hours, a ticket queue is not sufficient.

Slow settlement cycles break working capital planning — especially for MSMEs running on tight margins.

FAQs
A mandate is a one-time permission your customer gives you to auto-debit payments on a scheduled date. They approve it once through UPI Autopay or eNACH, and every collection after that happens automatically — no follow-up needed.
Once a mandate is active, RocketPay triggers the debit on the due date. If it fails, automatic retry runs until the mandate window closes. Every attempt and settlement is logged live in your dashboard.
Any UPI app — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, WhatsApp Pay, Amazon Pay — and all major bank apps support mandate collections. For the full list of supported banks, visit the official NPCI page.
Your customer can approve an eNACH mandate using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Aadhaar OTP. The process takes a minute and only needs to happen once.
UPI Autopay allows collections up to ₹15,000 per debit. eNACH allows up to ₹1 crore per debit. The mandate itself has no limit — it just authorises the future debits.
Pending — Waiting for customer approval.
Active — Approved. Collections will run automatically.
Paused — Temporarily paused. No debits until resumed.
Finished — Mandate tenure completed.
Cancelled — Cancelled. No more debits possible.
Expired — Customer did not approve in time. Send a new mandate.
No. Once finished or cancelled, that mandate is closed. To collect again, you will need to create a new mandate and get it approved.
No. The mandate is approved once. After that, all scheduled debits happen automatically — no OTP, no PIN, no action from your customer.
Yes — your business needs a one-time KYC as part of onboarding. This is a standard regulatory step. Your customers do not need to do any KYC.
Settlement happens on T+1 — money reaches your account on the next working day after a successful debit.
