We started in 2022 because the collections layer in India was broken. Lenders found out about defaults too late. Distributors waited months to know if a retailer would pay. Businesses had no compliant way to collect what was owed. Everyone was building at the transaction layer — nobody was going deeper into what happened after credit was given. We decided to build that infrastructure. Today, RocketPay sits between payment initiation and default — preventing losses before they happen, not cleaning them up after. We are not a payment gateway, and we are not a debt recovery platform. We are the pipe through which credit collections and recovery flows.
Why We Exist
Lenders find out about defaults too late — by the time an EMI bounces, recovery costs have already multiplied. Businesses have no compliant way to collect recurring payments — manual follow-ups, broken mandates and missing audit trails quietly eat into every invoice. Distributors wait months to know if a retailer will pay, with one default rippling through the entire supply chain. And financed devices have no reliable recovery infrastructure when a borrower stops paying. Four problems, one missing layer — that's what we exist to build.
Powered by Trustonic
RocketPay is India's exclusive partner for Trustonic's device lock control infrastructure — the technology that enables mobile device locking across Android smartphones. Trustonic's DLC works across all Android devices except Samsung, Oppo, and RealMe — where we deploy native OEM locking through Knox, O-guard, and R-guard respectively. Together, this covers the full Android device landscape. No other collections or recovery platform in India offers this.
